Can anyone tell me anything about the QEPH. I was looking for something to make my cyclone faster and so far this looks like the best option but there was only 1 review for the product. Also, where's a good place to purchase it?

I don't know about the Qehp by experience but i know that all of the other upgrade kits for the cyclone work really well. Try ebay as far as purchasing goes, maybe you can find a nice deal.

Yeah, saw it on ebay. I was hoping i could reach 25 bps with this mod.

25bps might be kinda pushing it. I know you could hit 23bps constantly.

The QEPH looks good on paper. It uses the same idea that the X-7 cyclone uses, but takes it a step forward. TechT is a good company too.

I have yet to try it. I'm waiting for the product to be released again. The beta version seems to be well received, I have yet to hear any negativity, concerning the QEPH.

P.S. I can't get it off bold text.:|

The QEPH is basically a QEV but built in the cyclone banjo housing. It has little vents like the newer X7's but to a higher performance level. I have seen a video on youtube where a guy has a QEPH, Vortex Mod, and something else but it shows him maxing out his APE at 25 bps with absolutely no chops or barrel breaks. It acts like a QEV but only better, I'm sure that if you only but the QEPH then you probably won't be able to reach max capacity out of the cyclone until you definitely have the Vortex Mod and maybe the Lightening rod. You might be able to get it up to max without the Lightening rod but the guy in th video had one so I'm sure it made some kind of difference. I am going to get one of these soon along with the Lightening rod soon because I can. I have the Vortex and a Palmer's QEV on mine right now and I can get up in the mid 20's consistently.

The best thing you can get to make your cyclone load faster AND last longer (e.g. FOREVER), if the JCS Jet-Click. This replaces the stock plastic parts inside the cyclone with metal ones. With this you will be able to increase the max BPS rate from 15 to 23+ BPS. Add that to a QEV (or the product you listed above) and you can reach 25BPS.

The cyclone by design can NOT go faster then this though, the balls will bounce (popcorn) around in the cyclone/hopper past 25BPS no matter how many mods you add to it.

BTW the JCS Jet-Click is similar to the Tech-T vortex mod, but it’s MUCH better. It’s a billion times easier to install and it operates smoother/faster. Since they cost the same, it’s a slam dunk choice, get the JCS Jet-Click. This is something EVERY cyclone owner should have too since the Cyclone ratchet is the first thing to fail in ANY Tippmann product. It is prone to do so during play too, putting you out of the game for the entire day. Never again with the Jet Click.

FYI, a QEV (or this thing you mentioned above) alone isn’t going to help with BPS rates THAT much. Expect 3-4 BPS increase at the MOST. More like 2-3 in reality. The JCS jet-Click or Tech-T Vortex will increase the BPS rate at a MUCH MUCH higher level.
