Hey
So i JUST got a red mini and i want to lube it because i will be going out to play soon and i just want top performance so I need to use dow 33. I was just wondering if that grease in the little kit that comes in the case is dow 33.

Yes. It should be fine though. It comes lubed. Just after first day, break down and clean / relube.

yeah prolly smart to clean and relube after the first day, but invert would claim that maintenance is only needed after a couple of uses, since the mini was made to be little maintenance

o ok thanks. :) and when you guys first got your mini and shot paint through it, did you get some recoil? because when i dry fire its reallyl smooth. i dont think i broke it in yet so maybe that why.

Honestly, I still have kick and its broken in. I owned an autococker prior so that may be why I think it has kick, but I swear, feels like a lot of kick to me. Might all be relative...

No it does indeed have substantial kick.

Mostly from its low mass.

I found I couldn't just cradle it and walk the trigger.Well I could, but it wasn't a great results. I had to firmly grip and tuck the marker to keep the barrel tip from wavering up and down with each shot.

Once I held it firmly the kick went away for all practical purposed.

I am used to an A-5, so this is no kick at all to me.
I also felt that my old mech cocker had as much kick as this, but of course the kick on a cocker comes after the ball is fired, and my old mech was a hunk o metal, so its mass helped substantially there.
