I can't send them an email. Has anyone else tried to send them an email lately and have it come back to them? I'm looking to buy some Shocker parts off them but I want to know if they have them in stock, and it's a reallly long distance phone call for me.

Go to the Shocker owner's group forum. Punisherpb has there own forum there(where you can ask if they have stuff in stock).

i just sent them an email like 2 weeks ago. Did you send it to orders@punisherspb?? that what I sent it to. I got a response the same day I sent it.
