i need help with pics!!!!!

I have sold 3 things on this site and every time i do, i try and put pics on and i can never figure out how. can neone tell me how to put pics in a thread?

First, upload them to an uploading site (such as www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us)

Then, take the URL with IMG coding (URLHERE) that they give you and paste it into your thread.
