Help Barrel Problems With My Mini.

I just got a mini. I have an older freak and it is cocker threaded like the mini,the thread area looks just like the mini, but it wont go in, i was wondering is the mini's barrel chamber too small because invert is going for a smaller gun or what? Im trying to fit it but i dont want to apply too much force. Can i get it to fit?

yeah u got it exactly right, the older freaks and all ameican backs wont fit into the mini because the chamber is smaller and there is no market standard for barrel sizes, although newer smart parts barrels, sly barrels, and stiffi barrels definetly fit from my experience
