Date on Air tank

Hello,

Can someone tell me how to read the rehydro date on a air tank?
heres an example:

One of those numbers represent a date to rehydro the tank. correct?

That tank was manufactured in April of 2006. You can tell that by looking at the 4 A 06 on the bottom left hand side. That bottle needs to be hydro tested every 5 years based on the E - number of 10915 (found on the second line). There is a descent e-number quick reference list at http://www.hydrotester.com/Testdateindex.htm. So the bottle in your picture will need to be hydro tested as of April of 2011.
