What is Hybrid Fusion?

People have been telling me to get a DP Fusion Hybrid. I am definitely getting a Fusion but not sure about the Hybird. What exactly is the Hybrid a what is the difference between the regular model. And, what is the dela with two different boards available, is one better than the other and how much more for the better board?

Essentially what is up with all the different versions of the gun and what would be best for a player with 3 years experience just starting off speedball-getting Fusion no matter what but not sure which one to buy.

The Hybrid Fusion is a private label Fusion, customised by Hybrid Technologies. It has different milling, a Hybrid grip, a Hybrid on/off ASA and a Hybrid Headlock feed neck. Basically, it's a lightly customised Fusion being distributed by a different company. There really isn't any performance difference between the two markers, it all comes down to whether you like the Hybrid milling and parts or not.

DP have carried out some development on the original marker since it was released, and this explains the two different boards. Early markers came with one board, now referred to as the V1 board. After some development, a new board was released with more features. This is the V2 board. The V2 board is now the stock board, having superseded the V1 board, so if you buy a brand new Fusion, and it isn't old stock, it should have the V2 fitted already, so no need to buy it separately.

This pretty much has all the information about Fusion, Fusion LE, and the Hybrid Fusion. The Hybrid Fusion's got some nice touches, but none of them make the gun any better than a normal Fusion.

yeah i thought about buying the hybrid fusion but paying fifty dollars more just wasn't worth it. All it looked like to me was a fusion with more customized parts but i would probably be changing some of those anyways

the hybrid has custom anno and some button things like on the bolt pin. if you like the hybrid act fast cause theyre beginning the second run soon and they are gonna sell out fast.

I bought a silver Hybrid Fusion because I liked the milling and anno. However, I'd say that the Hybrid ASA sucks because its a traditional knob that you have to turn several times to bleed. I upgraded to a 1/4 turn ASA.:cool: haha, i got a typo.
