I am debating weither to get a Sniper Pro by Iasus or IXradio XTM880 which looks a LOT like the Styker, but anyways what ones have you tried and what ones are worth the money?

Can't you just yell on the field?

I'm not going to recommend one, I know around 4 guys who I've played with which are hard core senario players, vests, stocks, scopes, etc. And they all use throat mics, and half of the time I see them either doing something to them, or complaining about them.

But I've also talked to people, for large senarios, and they swear by them. If your not playing a large feild though, I wouldn't think you would realy need one though.

In a related story, the above 4 guys are always trying to use theirs on our small(ish) woodsball feild, and it just dosent seem to work. I'll be yelling at them on how people are right infront of us, and he'll be talking to someone on the other side of the feild who keeps telling us to "Go silent", or "Your squad is weapons free" And being a non hardcore woodsballer, I find it realy annoying to be stuck with some guy, and someone else hafing to give me and the guy that Im "attached to" orders on when I should/can shoot. :eyes:

Just get some team codenames and yell.

A throat mic is a pretty good investment if you do woodsball or scenario. They work well, stay out of the way and help reduce line noise when you're firing.

I got this paintball edition fox fire mic that seems to work pretty well, but when I go to play those 15 minute woodsball games, I leave it in the car. Scenario games is where they earn their keep.
