Well i just bought a brand new Fusion and a Crossy tank but i bought a hp tank thinking that it would be ok but after reading a couple of posts i just wanted to see everyones thoughts on if this would hurt the gun in any way. I know that the Fusion is a low pressure gun. But i was hoping that the regulator would help me out a little to lower the pressure going into the gun.

Nope, everything is fine. The Fusion, like pretty all high-end electros, is a low pressure gun. Low pressure guns need about ~200 psi to operate correctly, depending on the gun. Your tank is high pressure output, so it puts out 800 psi, much more than the gun will need. You could use a LP tank if you wanted to, but HP is recommended. Think about it this way, HP tanks can be used on almost all HP and LP guns (mainly excluding '04+ Angels), and LP tanks can only be used on LP guns.

The marker's inline regulator will reduce the pressure supplied by the tank, down to the pressure that the marker requires without any problem.

To add to the question, is there any special precedures (for this marker) if you use a HP air tank(reg or lpr)?

The regulators shouldn't need to be adjusted differently if you would be using a HP output or LP output tank. A LP gun will work the same with an HP tank as it will with an LP tank.
