Try turning your LPR up a bit till it cocks.

Mine does that too sometimes...its one of a number of things, either you need to turn it a little more or a little less, or you have a leak and you need to replace a hose. Try turning the LPR up a little more, about 1/2 a turn more...slowly, if the 'screaming' gets worse or continues, unscrew the air, take of the rubber grips and do it again and listen/feel to see where the leak is coming out of.
My 'scream' gets higher and higher pitch as i slowly turn my lpr up, i assume the increased pressure must be closing a seal somewhere and that is why the scream gets higher pitch until its gone.

Well first of all try zeroing out your regs and reseting them. If the problem still persists just keep turning it up when you hear the screaming noise until the hose seals and it stops.

Just turn both your HPR an LPR all the way down and then just turn the hpr up some and the LPR some and just gradually do it until the gun cocks, and then crono and adjust the velocity.

Check out this (http://www.pbreview.com/forums/t328068/) page and read the 1st reply. It'll tell you how to reset your regs.

Check the inside of your gun for any hose ruptures, besides that, I'd take it into your nearest proshop to have it looked at.
