Dear Bob Long Technologies Customer,
Bob Long Technologies strives to produce the best quality products available to the paintball consumer. With this goal in mind, it has come to our attention that the plastic buckle that facilitates the waist adjustment on our Tournament Pant has a tendency to fail from time to time. In an effort to provide the best quality product there is, we are sending you a replacement metal buckle for your pants. The buckle has a seam that can be twisted to open slightly. Once you do that you can feed it through the section of the pants that has a loop sewn to the pants. Once you have the metal buckle in this loop, you can close the buckle back to the way it was before you spread it apart. Now just feed the strap through the buckle. Repeate this whole process on the other side of your pants and you are ready to get back in the game.

For anyone else who recieves these buckles, use two wrenches to twist the buckle apart. It is much easier that way.
