Anodizing = $$$, Powdercoat = ???

Man, I asked this paintball shop in my area what it would cost to anodize my gray j&j ceramic, they said $125, that's ridiculously expensive.

Does it cost as much to have stuff powder coated?
Let me know, I want a pretty barrel that performs well.

Well I anno from 5 bucks to about 50 unless it get crazy. But if you had a bunch of stuff to do it be cheaper. But if it been anno before you got to deanno them first and that takes time.
Powder coat is do with elec first then bake on . So if it don't conduct elec. then you can't power coat that stuff.
Most every barrel can be powder coat. It a strong finish but reminder its just paint in a different form
