Hey guys, this is a stretch but I'm doing this project that requires me to get pictures of paintball on impact. I want to show how the painball explodes on the target in slow motion. If you guys could point me in the right direction that would be great. So far I've been searching on the net and has no results. I figured to ask you guys. Thanks.

If you had a camera with fast enough frames, you could try it yourself.

He'd need a hell of a frame per second rating on that camera..

Finding said camera is no easy task, either.

Of course, high speed cameras like the ones on Mythbusters that can get pretty damn fast.

But that's like saying..

Of course, like the $30,000 CNC lathes like on Mythbusters.

Get a nice digital and figure out how to set the exposer long enough for it to capture the splat... It wont see the paintball other than the Blur, but it should capture the end result... Of course it wont allow you to slow it down any...
