I don't believe pics work in signatures. We've petitioned to get them, but Andrew says it would make loading the page too slow if everyone had a pic in their sig.

Well, lets put it this way guys. The dedicated server we're using right now is on the verge of overloading. If we added images to sigs, we couldn't handle the load. Andrew is in the process of setting up another server, but for the time being we're more concerened with keeping the site up!!! We've experienced so much growth in the past year that we're having a tough time keeping up.

I'll add your request to the wish list though.
