Do not use oil (petroleum product) on any ICD marker would be my advice...
Not sure what marker you have so... I will just be general..
Lube up the ram with a thin coat of "Sl33k Lube" or what used to be called Shocker Lube; or any Dow 33 will do. I hope no one yells at me for saying this but, it has to do with the solenoid using a certain type of lube in it, in which Dow 33 won't affect operation, just don't over-lube anything.
DO NOT LUBE
-The Bolt
DO LUBE!
-The ram, pretty much the whole thing.
-The regulators, delrin or metal (depending on after-market or stock) pistons & valve seals.
-The gasket between the solenoid and the marker body, only once in a while though. (depending on marker I am not sure)

That's all I can think of right now...

Ok well, I am pretty sure most if not all of that holds true for both bushmasters and promasters.
I don't know anything about freestyles... so all that would of gone to waste.
Hope it helps.
