ELCD Frames...cheapest place...?

I just got my new spyder shutter and now I want a new ELCD frame. All I can find is like 280 and higher. I was hopig alot lower but a little would be nice. And I wanna know is it worth the money. So give me cheapest place and if it's worth it let me know.
