I'm looking to get a front player gun bcuz im joining a 3-man team. I was thinking about a cocker, impulse (no mags, i hate them, bad experiences), but not an electro spyder. If anyone can offer me something, I have close to 400 dollars. I have a TL Plus with Dye Aluminum, i really need a new gun. Honestly i don't need people screaming at each other like i've seen in the other forums, I just need advice and offers.

1. go t o www.e-paintballoutlet.com and select a pacakage good prices.

2. from www.pbgear.com get an 02 cocker,12v w/ or w/o x board, and a tank of your choice

most pple say the cocker sucks for front player, but with the setup in my sig i love my gun... not to big or heavy

I'm a hard front player and I got the cocker in my sig...weight has never bothered me. Then again i'm still on co2 :( but I don't think that it matters too much.

If your going for a mad rof then you might consider the impy but I love my cocker, and personally I can't outshoot it so I doubt you'd have any problem...though you may shoot faster than me :P

Just buy the makop storm trigger and a freak system then you'll preety much equal ANY gun with your TL. Or if ya don't want freak get nitro. Either Way i say stick with the spyder.

Anyways the only gun anyone is gonna suggest is gonna be cocker. if you elimanate mags, spyders, and electros no one is gonna segguest anything sides a cocker preety much(or a tolan lol)

why stick with a spyder????

Its never going to be as accurate as any of the other guns he listed. Impys and cockers are extremely consistant at around +-4 at the chrono to a spyders +-10 or sometimes 15. And making a high pressure blowback an electro is just asking for problems. You WILL run into chopping problems over 7bps. Impulses and cockers DO NOT chop if set right. You can stick your finger in the feed tube and it will just pinch it. If you do that to a spyder you will lose a finger.

What is your deal with spyders? Whenever the question comes up between an electro and a spyder you side with a pumped up spyder. Dude, an electro trigger and a freak is like $400+. You can get a REAL electro and a freak barrel if you sell the spyder for the same amount money.

Die you freaking moron! And get off my forum! You suck and I hate you! I hope a bird flies into your forehead the next time you leave your house! And I hope it hurts!!!

That said, if you're on a budget and don't want to build a gun the impulse is your best bet. If you want a gun you can totally customize and watch evolve into an extrmely good marker, go with the cocker. I like the impulse for it's rate of fire in terms of this discussion, and rate of fire is something you'll need as a front player

I say go Impulse. Low maintenance, fast as hell, will take out a cocker anyday. You will love the electro over the cocker anyday. Don't Diss Twitcho's forum either. He runs a tight ship around here.

Consitentcy can be fixed with upgrades. And i have never had a chopping problem over 7bs....(with a 12v)

And why the hell would u stick your finger in the feed tube.... Seems like you have more problems then not accepting spyders are equal if upgraded....

Yes upgrades can fix most things but that is like another $100-150. Good regs come stock on most high markers. so from everything you have said:

electro grip: 230
freak barrel: 200
Good reg: 125
low pressure mods: 100 (I assume these will come up later)

total: 655.

impulse: 400, and has everything above stock except freak. sell your spyder and get $100. You end up saving $100 by going to the impulse and you get the freak too.

Total-$373 or less

But I will still say that pballer4life should get an impulse because it is about only $27 more than the other stuff listed but it is a true electro and it is easy to maintain according to everyone else. Plus I don't really like cockers.

Not really as speeddemon0016 alerady said. his prices are this thing called acurate and correct. Anyways i didn't say an impy was bad so i don't see why u have to say spyders are.... And i still don't get why u brought up the finger thing lol

Anyways i'm pricing a freak right now. And you don't have to buy all of the inserts if you use one kind of paint. it's only 120 and preety much the only reason i brought it up is cuz i'm trying to get one and it was on my mind. even without a freak it matches the impy. :P

you can get an automag with some stuff for 400, used maybe even a really nice automag with stuff!

i'd go with a mag. Preety much one of the only other type of semi guns i can stand really sides piranahs and spyders. Mags r preety kewl get one! or go with the spyder ideas.
