are these any good with Co2. I know you are going to say palmer stab but i am on a budget. This my frist time to do a post if i did any thing wrong let me know

pmi pure energy is a good reg, though not as good as a ans genxII or palmer, its still a good reg for its price. it also serves well as a secondary reg ;)
