Need tips for a Third Gun

Well, time has come to get a new gun and i have been outta paintball for quite a while :| Anyways, me and a few friends are thinking of starting a new Speedball team and i need a good reliable gun preferably for a Back Player. I would like it to be under 600$ for the Gun, Hopper, and Tank. Well, i could go higher but i would like some tips on what setup to get.

Loader: Halo b $103. Tank: Crossfire 68/45 $160. Guns: New: fusion, mini, rail timmys, lasoya promaster if you can find them. Used: upped ion, older high-ends, aliens, just look around here, ebay and pbn for stuff.

I haven't had any personal experience w/ them but they're ok guns mostly. The only promaster i'd even think about getting though is the lasoya version. Try a promaster out and see if you like it.

Used SFT shocker. You can get up'd ones for like $350 now.

I'd look into higher end than a Lasoya, and something more efficient and reliable an an SFT Shocker. My pick would be a Fusion, Intimidator, or Interceptor. All pretty small, efficient, and fast guns. For hopper, VLocity (Jr.), Halo B, or Reloader B. For the tank get a Crossfire 68/4500.

I'd recommend a Vlocity or Halo B for the loader. Both around $100, new...less if you go used.

Get a used tank out of BST for $100-125. That leaves you with $400ish for a marker.

For a loader, you can get new Intimidators from First Call Paintball in the $399-$550 range (This includes Species, ECX's, 2K5's and Gen4's). You can also get many used ones well upped and in good shape (Gen3 and 4) for $350-500. If you want spool valves, there are tons of DM's available used as well as SFT shockers (though they're horrible compared to the NXT's).

If you want NIB other than Intimidators, check out the Rail, Fusion, upped Ions, Mini's etc...all in the $300-400 range. Due to the fact that the paintball market hasn't had any dramatic improvements in technology there's a robust used market. Prices have also come down in the New gun market as well. It's certainly a good time to be a buyer!

Buy your hopper used... you'll have more money to save on a marker... everything else has been answered by the other ppl so y bother repeating what they said.

I'd go for a 68/4500 Crossfire tank and a Halo B hopper.

The get a PMR with the UL frame for only $25 extra.
