big mistakes

im going to spend about.....300 in the next 3 weeks. look at my signature. also.....WHY IS IT A MISTAKE?!? i love trickin out my gun. of course we can buy a better gun, but i trick out my gun for da fun of it.

ive put over 400$ into my blow back (not including gun price). im just starting too. i dont think haveing a reliable blow back is a mistake because they make great back up guns once u upgrade.

I ended up sticking a little more money into my gun than i had planned but i am very happy with it, and thats all that matters. Besides, when i do get a better gun someday, i'm gonna have a nice backup.

I guess I am old.. I dont like messin with something... I like to get it the way I want it and leave it alone! not have to worry about it coming apart or breakin on ya! I dont like fancy shiney things either, I deal on the K.I.S.S. way of doing things (Keep It Simple Stupid). I know the more ya mess with something the more that can go wrong! besides there is always new junk coming out that you "have to have"... they are like money pits!
But hey All I care about is if yer happy with your marker! if you are then that is ALL that matters and dont let ANYBODY tell you differnt!

Not at all....I have a great marker for Rec ...and thats what I play....and it works great .....and I can hold my own against any marker....I am very Happy with what I have and feel no need to get anything else.....because as long as I am on the field playing and haveing fun..that's all that matters to me.....after all..isn't it suposed to be about fun and not what kind of marker you have?..or did I miss that notice.....

gun customization is why i like paintball so much. Tinkering is great. If you really like your gun, then upgrade it. It is however not a mistake. I just can't wait till i get an autococker because my piranha isn't as complicated as i wanted it to be.
