I'm from memphis, as the topic says, but I'm in chicago at the moment. I'd love to play you when I get home, though getting all my equipment there is gona be a feat... airlines and all that, plus is's probably like 20 bucks to ship it all down there... and then another 20 to ship it back up here.... But I will be back in time for the scenerio game at memphis paintball park... if you are gona be there lemme know, we can hook up b/c my normal partner is in boot right now.

Ok, so, me and my friend who just got back in town are gona be at the Alien Invasion game. Would love to get together with people who are gona be there from the fourm... just leave a name, and number after the be- err, wrong type of message... ok, well, if it gets warm enough (which I'm sure it will be) I'll have on this darker/navy blue shirt with a dragon on the back, and camo pants more than likly... look for me, and just mention your from PBreview!

If it's extremly bad weather... but I just checked weather.com not 30 minutes ago... it said partly cloudy... rain not until the following monday... and like wedensday... so it might be wet and groggy outside... but what better weather to have an alien invasion...

Me and a friend of mine will be there. I think bloodhawk from pbnation is going as well. Hopefully this will be a good one. I had tons of fun at the last alien invasion game. Hopefully all this damn rain will quit and we'll have some dry land to run around on.

Ah yes, and DBD, what does your gun look like? I'll keep an eye out for it.

I don't have a DU hat yet...but I do have a DU vanity plate, hitch cover, and sticker on my truck. If you see a white Lariat F-150, that's me. I think DU should pay me for all the ad space I'm providing...

hey, if you all pre-reged what team did you pick, me and my friend were gona watch the weather and pay the extra 10 the day of the event, better to spend and extra ten than loose 70 or so. (if they re-schedual, I'll be back in chicago)

Anyways, we just wana get a feel where everyone is gona be, so we can choose our teams wisely when we get there...

I pushed it back from 5:30 so yeah... I might have to leave if the game does't end by like 4:45 or so... It probably won't but ya never know... anyways... Yes..definitely a lot of fun. I think the John should have chosen the refs more carefully though (not talking about you DBD...I don't think I saw you on the field at all). There was a lot of wiping going on. Also, the teams seemed just a tad uneven...but oh well. The problems weren't enough to make it a bad game.

Most of my job description was making sure all the props were ready and making sure the special teams knew their missions and what not.... but I was there......

Get this...... reffing.... I got shot (I'm calculating) over 100 times, which includes 30+ hits in the last game alone......

As for the wiping.... I threw one kid out of the game cause of that. I had to toss two kids for shooting non-park paint (as that is a enforced rule) and of course you know about the Killer Clown fight.......But yeah..... it was tough enforcing the rules, especially during that last firefight during the last game.....

It was a blast having Drav come down to play..... it was a nice day outside.

Man..... When I lent the Shocker out during the second game......... (what Spyder-guy is referring to) I basically had a waiting list to use my gun...... It only busted 1 ball (from what the users told me) and that was cause he fired when he had the barrel plug in.


As for choosing the refs, he basically had to work with what he could get.....we were short staffed all day.....

Yeah, I heard about the wiping and the non-park paint... Got checked twice myself for the non-park paint... And I saw the killer clown fight from like 50 feet away... I'm pretty sure they are thinking that was a stupid fight right now... they shot each other about 20 times WHILE they were arguing, but they made up. I couldn't see who did what, except the angel getting thrown, so I didn't say anything about it. I had fun playing, and next time you see me, My Pro/Carb will have a few more things on it... Atleast a PB drop, and if I get the money before then, a direct stabalizer, and maybe a 9v revolution. I also liked that redz harness that guy let me borrow the last game. I think I might get one...

I also got to shoot a pretty nice cocker. At least to me it was a nice cocker. That shocker though was fun and fast. It was not that heavy either. Heavier then my spyder but not that heavy.

Drav... that harness was actually an Extreme Rage harness (Logan's) unless I'm thinking about something else.

Speaking of refs while I was playing with the cocker I was talking to one. He was saying his JT could hit a dude in the head consistently across the field from where the tent was . Dudewas pretty far away if the cocker could not do it the JT sure as hell could not.

well, that would all depend on how tweaked each gun was... And what FPS he was shooting at, and what you were shooting at. just some factors to throw in there.

That guy was pretty far away. The velocity would have to be WAY up.

Another thing that bugged me was the paint. I use a medium bore barrel and the paint kept rolling out of it. Did they start making it small bore paint or what? Bad batch? Shrank with weather? I dunno.
