What is the Best Freak insert w/ marbs?

im gonna buy 2 freak inserts in a few days to go / my new barrel b4 i got enough money fo the rest. whats the best insert i can get to shoot marbs and allstars? i have a low pressure ans x2 cocker.:D

with the batch to batch differences in rps lately,go with a .687

The smaller bore inserts should work good.

I use the .687 insert.
I also use marbilizer,s all the time, But every once in a while I will get a batch that is small bore like .684, but not too often.maybe 1 case out of every ten cases.
