I cleaned and lubed both my regs and went to air it up it sounded like a leak from the trigger frame. I didn't have time to mess with it last night or tear it down but what do you think the problem is? Any help would rock

the solenoid is venting because your LPR is turned up too high. you probably accidentally set it very high when you reassembled it after cleaning and lubing. All you need to do is turn down both your HPR and LPR, and then reset your regs. You need to do this after every time you take the regs apart.
Props on taking good care of your regs

I had just screwed in the tank and started to adjust the hpr when I heard the hiss. I hadn't even started to adjust the lpr. Wouldn't the bolt cock back if the lpr was turned up too high? Tonight when I get home from work hopefully I get it all figured out

My LPR vents when its too low and too high, so if the LPR is really, really low try turning it up.

If turning it up/turning it down doesnt work, try changing the battery the noid might not be getting the proper voltage to operate.
