HAHAHAHA YOU STUPID!!! No I'm only kiddin, no need for anyone to laugh at you, 'cause that's a really common question. Compressed air tanks are never filled with air compressors, you need a special high pressure one to get enough pressure, and it's just easier to use a bulk air tank. A bulk air tank is a large tank that holds air at 3000 psi and you fill your nitro tank from there. As the tank is used, the bulk air will have less pressure, so that's as high as the nitro tank will be filled. Nitro and Compressed air are for all intents and purposes the same thing. A Scuba tank is the thing divers breathe out of, with an attachment for filling nitro tanks, it becomes a bulk air tanks just like the ones at your field, only slightly smaller.
how much does it cost for a compressed air fill station?

Between 60-70 bucks and 170 bucks, The more expensive ones are regulated, though I couldnt tell you what difference that makes, as I've used the cheap 60 dollar ones, and they fill your tank full, and that's all you really need. The other ones have fancy guages and what not, like the more fancy ones you see at your proshop or field for nitro fills

yah, but they're REALLY BIG . and they cost around $3000 but, they're better in the looooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnggggggggggg run. like for 10 years....
instead of a motor pumping them, a motor screws , yes, screws the air in. kinda like those motorized post hoe diggers, in shape. they can easily get 3000psi, not sure bout the 4.5K though. just thought id add that, ohh, and yes they are actually used.
so where could i get a fill station for 60 bucks...does that include everything you need to fill a tank? or do you need a larger hpa tank or something? our local store told me they cost $3000 for a fill station
