Paintball Field/Pro-Shop

Hey I was wondering if you people could give me some advice. I am looking into starting a Field/Pro-Shop in my area. The closest field and shop are like 13 miles away. But they're not really good quality of field. The next closest is about 45mins away. I have always been interested in building fields and maybe even running my own someday. I wondered if you people could tell me what you like best about the places you play and the shops you well, shop at. What makes them the places you spend your time and money? Thankz

I personally love woodsball and scenario games.. so I like big stuff.. Like forts/buildings, etc... as far as speedball... well.. speedball is speedball is speedball... ya know? :wink2:

Well the fields I play at has a speed ball field,plus a speedball woods field and and a small woods field and a large one.
I like to see a indoor there also but the owners are not able to build a building,there in a lease as is deal
