i submitted a product for review quite a while ago when the forums were changing hands. it never appeared for review. i thought it may have been something to do with the glitches that occured with the forums at that time. i waited patiently for a few weeks and made another submission just last week.....still no product review. i made a submission to the 'contact us' url at the bottom of the page last weekend and have yet to acquire a response. whenever i tried to contact andrew in the past, he always responded promptly and was very kind and helpful. he is not around now, correct? is there some sort of issue with my submitting a product for review here? in the past it only took a few days at most.
if you please, i'm not being impatient, just curious......thanks

What was the product that you submitted for review. I've been clearing that queue for the last several weeks. If you don't see your product listed within a few days after you submit it's probably for one of the following reasons:
1) It's a duplicate listing (For example, Intimidator Tadao M6 and Infamous M6 are the same boards).
2) It's a Virtue Product. Due to a concerted effort by Virtue to use multiple accounts to leave reviews and trash other products, we don't list their products.
3) Product Detail. If you don't include enough product details (website, MSRP, etc.) then we often won't list it as well. PM me and we can discuss offline or if you remember the specifics of what you submitted I can take a look.

it fit none of the criteria mentioned above. i will pm you some time today about it. thanks for the response.
