No, you cannot use ICD threaded barrels with your Promaster.

Older ICD markers had their own unique threads - Alley Cats, Bob Cats etc.
When the Bushmaster 2000 was released, it had the same threads, but Autococker threads were offered as an option from the factory. This option was so popular, that ICD switched to using Autococker threads as standard.
As you have stated, your Promaster is a newer ICD, and as such, has the Autococker threads as standard. That means that you don't have the ICD thread and can't use ICD threaded barrels. ICD threaded barrels aren't very common any more anyway - better off with the threads you have.
ICD threads may not be common, but they are at least in a sense better. They have 4 thread entry points, allowing for some quick screwing and unscrewing of the barrel. It was done this way b/c in the past making sure your barrel was clean was a regular in game task and chops were also a major factor due to slow hoppers. Pro players regularly took their barrel off to squeegee it, sometimes 10-11 times in one game. Though ICD never seemed to sell too many people on the Idea of quicker unscrewing as back when ICD barrels were common, so where twist lock mags which offer much quicker barrel access... Cocker threads seem to take forever to unscrew however, I suppose that isn't too much of an issue these days.

Smart Parts used to only put a short thread on their Autococker barrels, about three turns worth, max, so they could be removed relatively quickly, but now they have gone back to using longer threads.
I guess the assumption with Autocockers is that they expect you to pull the bolt and run a pull through straight through the marker. Same for ram and poppet markers.
Not quite so handy if you have something like a Matrix though..... You'll not be pulling that bolt out quite so quickly..... ;)
