I ordered mine from Ebay and it looks... incomplete.
I just want to make sure I got all the parts before I install it myself
Mine came with
1 really big silver bolt
A 3D diamond shape metal piece
1 small screw
and 2 very small (smaller than screw) cylinder thing
Did I get scammed from Ebay or is this all the parts I need to begin installing (other than the required grease / tools)

At the very least, you should have the axle, ratchet, one small machine screw, and two small pins. That's all that came with mine in a small plastic box with a website that had the instructions. The axle and ratchet look like the two parts in the picture:

Thanks!!
So any tips for installation? I never opened up my gun this far deep before.
And also after I finish, do I have to re open everything and lube the parts after each use?

No, you'll only need to open it once in a while to check things out and make sure there's enough grease.
As for the install, it helps if you've got a vise or a pair of vice grips handy, but be gentle, it's just aluminum. That goes double for hammering in the pins. When you're doing the one on the rod end (the end with the gap), make sure you start the pin going into the thick part, rather than the thin side. This will help to prevent you from bending it. And don't forget to clip the internal spring. If you forget to do that, it'll put too much friction on the axle and it won't operate correctly.
All in all, if you go slow and take your time, you shouldn't have a problem. use the "measure twice, cut once" philosophy, and everything should go perfectly.

I heard barber's grease (the one they use for haircuts) is really good for lubricant because small particles like dust and such won't stick to it. Is this true?

I've never seen the stuff, so I don't know. You're really not going to get any foreign particulates inside the bottom half of the cyclone, as it's sealed for the most part. Tech-T sells some stuff that works great, but I use a mix of silicone based automotive grease and white lithium which seems to do an excellent job.
