i know this is prolly the wrong place to talk about the e-grip but i didnt know where put it....
im thinking about putting an e-grip on to my A-5 and i was just wondering because i dont have one and none of my friends do...
so i was wondering how and is it hard to adjust the settings for your E-grip?
do you even have to adjust them?
or can you just put it in your gun and its ready?
sorry for just a dumb question..i just dont really know about them accept the fact they make your gun have different settings.

You can buy an E-grip, take it out of the box, put a battery in, stick it on your marker, and fire away. The only setting you should have to deal with is firing mode, unless you have a problem. Chances are you won't have any issues unless you have a SERIOUSLY modded marker.
If you do have to adjust anything, it's pretty easy. The instructions that come with it are pretty easy to follow. Unless you're a complete monkey, I don't see you having any issues with this.
With all that, I'd recommend looking into an APE board. It's more intuitive to change settings on, more durable (weatherproof), and doesn't shut off after 15 minutes like the WAS board does. It's prettymuch the perfect paintball board IMO. Tippmannpros.com has one that comes with a grip. You'll need to pirate your stock trigger, but you'll probably end up buying an aftermarket trigger for it anyway. APE's trigger for the E-grip is about the best out there, with JCS's Duel a close second. If you're looking to spend some cash, Rhythm Innovations has a complete APE packaged E-grip.
