I have a 06 promaster and i have been having shoot down problems. the gun is stock except a Cp Reg and a Cp on off asa. I have an egg2 on it with a 45/68 pure energy tank. The lpr is lubed and the cp reg is new. If i go to shoot the gun at high rates of fire around the 5ht to 6th shot the pressure drops dramatically and the fps gose way down. any idea whats wrong?

i assumed u balanced the regs. So ill take a look inside at the hoses. see if one is kinked.

uhh one of the lines appears to have a SLIGHT kink, it is very slight and not blocking much of the airway at all.. i don't know if this would do it. it seems like the hose may not be long enough to avoid this kink. suggestions? and any other ideas?

just a thought, have u tried using the stock reg? try the stock reg and if doesnt work wait for lotus.

yes... its worse on the stock reg. the only difference i have noticed.. is that my drop down seems to go away if my 45/68 tank is entirely filled and it works fine till i get down around 1500 psi
And when i use my 30/48 tank it starts having shoot down problems at nearly 2500.

perhaps the LPR piston isn't lubed enough and slowing down recharge? try lubing the o-ring on the LPR piston.

also double-check your ASA. sometimes it can not be turned on all the way, restricting airflow. Or, perhaps it is turned in too much and jamming the pin. first make the ASA on/off tighter than usual. if that doesn't help, make it a little looser than usual and see if that solves the problem.

last, and I doubt this is the problem but worth a try, loosen the screws on either side of the ram very slightly. They should be snug but you don't want to crank down on them. make sure they aren't overtighted.
