Matrix Question.

I dont yet have a matrix but i really am looking forward into getting one. But i wanted to know if i did get one if i could run my anti siphon tank on it without hurting the internals or bursting any o rings. I run my cocker off of co2 and it seems to work just fine. Should i wait and get nitro with the matrix or buy the matrix and run it off of co2 for a bit until i can afford nitro?
