I took my Fusion to the field yesterday to test it, since it has not been shot in a while.

Take it out of my bag, air it up and its starts to leak air like it never did before.

So myself and the field tech attempt to diagnose the problem. At first I thought it was leaking out of the RAPS, but this turned out not to be the case.

So, next thing the tech did was to take off the HPR and the HPR mounting block on the front. Low and behold, we find a hole with which the air is leaking from.

Now...my question is, there is supposed to be a tiny screw where that hole is? I would assume the answer is yes, since thats where we traced the leak to and if not, what could be the problem?

Is the hole to the top left of where the mounting block screws in the hole that you are reffering to? at first glance it looks like a small screw in there, but i realized it wasn't when none of my allen keys fit in it. I took a closer look and noticed it's a round opening and not a hex. I don't now if that's how your's looks, but that's what mine looks like, and my fusion is in working order.

EDIT: it's about five minutes later, i just reassembled and aired up my fusion and i have the same leak now. don't i feel like an idiot.

Yes thats the one.

I actually emailed DP and they said it was from the LPR. I disassembled mine and checked the O-rings and none of them are worn/broken.

Wonder what could be wrong.

I just solved the problem on mine. I thought the air was coming from the HPR or from the the gauge. After wrapping teflon tape on all threads , I still had the leak. I found that the culprit was the little hole as described in the above picture, but what I did was, I think was over lub my LPR . I found that after removing some of the Dow 33 off the orings on the LPR and snugging the LPR into place and not overtightning it, the leak stopped. To me the little hole lookes like an exhaust port or something????Hope this helps you guys out?

I already fixed the leak in mine a couple of days back, it was the same situation with me, the lpr just needed to sit in tight, but not too tight.
