The cheapier DYE barrels work good.

I bought a 2002 All American and it's great. The accuracy is awesome and it's quiet. A little expensive but well worth it.

I would recommend looking into the Equation barrels. They are very similar to the Freak(insert system), but the inserts are more durable. You can get a Bizerk Pro w/3 inserts for only $78 shipped. You can get an Mult-Switch Pro w/3 inserts for $150 shipped. If you look around, you will see that this is a great deal for an insert system. You will also see that everyone that has an Equation barrel is very happy they bought it. I am a dealer for Equation. Email me at tre01us@yahoo.com if you have any questions. Thanks
