Hello, I have had a Tippy 98 for 4 years but have never really gotten into paintball. Now I am starting to go twice a month and need help changing my stock tippy to a Gun God. Ive started my commintment to paintball, am an avid woodsballer, and want to stick with the Tippy 98. Here are my desired upgrades. Please give me suggestions on better parts or better upgrades.

J&J 14" Ceramic Barrel

Cyclone Feed

Inline Expansion Chamber

32 Degrees Star Fire Bolt

Maddog Designz Rocket Cock

Maddog Designz Folding Stock

Maddog Design Spring Kit

Im looking to get all of these from zephyrpaintball.com If you know a beter place, please tell.

CAn someone post a link to the correct PPS Stabilizer for the TIppmann 98?

Thanks in advance,
Kujo

Yup, x-chambers do dick. Get a Palmer (PPS) Stabilizer instead. I would also switch the J&J for a PPS Brass barrel (12 or 14", your choice).

If it were mine, I'd drop the bolt and the expansion chamber in favor of a vertical bottle adapter and a regulator, probably a PPS Stabilizer or AKA Sidewinder. The AKA can't take liquid CO2, but the Stabilizer can, which is why it's more expensive. In their installation instructions, AKA actually recommends using a Palmer's (or anti-siphon) to keep CO2 out of the Sidewinder. A remote line and a pouch that holds the bottle vertically will also do wonders to keep liquid CO2 away from the gun.

You probably won't need the spring kit with a reg.

Zephyr is a good site. I've bought from there before, and it was a pleasant experience.

J&J 14" Ceramic Barrel (nice barrel, but id get a winforce or a palmers brass)

Cyclone Feed (def worth it i love my cyclone)

Inline Expansion Chamber (useless, get a a/s and a reg, or if on a budget just a a/s

32 Degrees Star Fire Bolt (dont waste your $, stock bolt is just as good)

Maddog Designz Rocket Cock (keeps dirt out, looks ugly, i wouldnt put one on mine if it was free)

Maddog Designz Folding Stock (stocks depending what you like, for 98 i liek adjustable carbine but what looks good for you is what you need)

Maddog Design Spring Kit (dont need it wont give you any improvement unless stock spring is bad people thing a stronger spring will give more range.. not true, you will still only be shooting at 280 fps.)

Im looking to get all of these from zephyrpaintball.com If you know a beter place, please tell.
