a budget? id love it if i had that much to blow...
well you might be able to get an autococker (the best of all guns) but you would really have to shop around like on ebay and stuff because they retail at like 325.00....
I also might suggest a spyder shutter, which is only around 180.00, but now ill probably get a bunch of people saying shutters suck and the get an m98...
overall you should decide for yourself, see if you can try some guns out, read the reviews on guns you are considering

well then i suggest you get some more money and go for the 2000 cocker, it is a closed bolt gun, which is better for sniping (according to some poeple) plus it is really customizeable and can use co2 or nitro. You can find it on alot of sites but there is a package for 385.00 at this address

its got about everything you need to start and if you want any of the things it comes with upgraded you can call them

A standard elbow, $1.99.

You've all heard me say it before, but it bears repeating ....
Get a Piranah STS or EXT (main difference is EXT has annodized finish). these markers are very reliable, accept most Spyder mods, and are so easy to field strip and clean, my grandmother can do it. STS is about $145 to $165 on the Internet, the EXT is about $50 more. If its you first marker, I'd suggest staying away from a maintenance intensive marker like the Cocker, unless you are mechanically inclined and have time to spend fine tuning it. but that's just my penny's worth.
Good Luck on your hunt. :)
