I just watched the one about the air tank.
I understand pbreview is making an effort to help people out with these videos but...have you mods ever watched them?
I'm not putting the videos down just to be rude. I believe the videos are a great idea, however the videos from expert village are lacking useful information and I was hoping you guys would get someone else to make the videos. I realize the most likely scenario is that expert village makes them independently and uploads it onto the website with your approval.
PLEASE use someone else's videos.
The lack of information being provided by " expert " village is laughable at best and often makes me think "what?!?". I basically just watch them to have a laugh.
It's unorganized, very little if any thought put into it and the information supplied is incomplete and in my humble opinion a waste of space.
The reason I'm writing this is because the lack of information in the air tank video concerns me as it doesn't include important safety information such as what a hydro date is, what hydro testing is, how to properly use fill your air tank, never put oil in the fill nipple, how to protect the tank, and what type of damage will render the tank unsafe.
Doesn't state the following:
What a compressed air tank is.
How a compressed airtank works.
How to fill and use an airtank.
What a hydro date is and what hydrotesting is.
What does the ci and psi mean.
Difference between low pressure and high pressure.
There's more things that aren't mentioned such as how to protect the tank from damage, the fill nipple, threads, etc.
He does say:
"It's low pressure" (Doesn't explain what that means)
"It's a 45 psi tank" (not 4500psi)
Limited edition with Miami rage logo
"Take good care of your tank" (Doesn't state how)
...atleast he covers that out of hydro date tanks are dangerous. Again, he doesn't explain that or states anything else about it.
