Hey all, after much research, I think i've decided that a Piranha G3 bottomline would be a great gun for me. I found a package for $170 shipped with the vert feed bottomline G3, V-force armor goggles, 16oz stubby, 3 pod pack w/tubes, 200pballs, barrel plug, squeege, hopper. How does that sound? Then.... I was thinking of getting a CP 1-piece barrel for $45 shipped. Now is where I need some help. I was originally thinking of then getting a decent x-chamber (ACI or 32°). Maybe be around $35 shipped for everything for that. People, however, told me i'd be much better off with reg + anti-siphon. The reg and anti-siphon will cost about $100 shipped. I'm gonna be a rec baller to start out, playin speedball and woods. Do you think I'd be better off getting the reg and anti-siphon tube for $60-70 more? Or would a 6-stage x-chamber be good? Any help would be appreciated, thanks a lot!

Get the reg and anti-siphon.

An x-chamber is only going to help your gun not freeze up and maybe give you more shots to a tank.

An anti-siphon with a regulator is going to give you less freeze-ups, better effiency, and better CONSISTANCY. That's the major factor if your going to get the anti-siphon with reg. If you've got good consistancy, remember, it's going to give you more accuracy (or is it precision?) because your paintballs are going to be hitting the same spot more.

If you've got the cash get the reg w/ anti-siphon. What's your spending range? $250 - $300?

Yes $250-300 is spending range w/mask, tank, aftermarket barrel, and reg, plus the lil bare essentials...
