Here’s a little guide to break the SP-1 down and get access to the bolt assembly
First things first degas and unload the marker and remover the barrel.
Tools needed:
1/8 inch allen wrench, 5/16 inch allen wrench, barrel swab, and Dow 33 (SL33K) grease.
Step 1:
Use a 1/8 allen wrench to unscrew the two screws holding the back cap on.

Step 4:
Slide the bolt stop off the back of the bolt so you can get to the inner o-ring on it. Clean the bolt off from paint and old grease, and inspect o-rings for damage, Then lube the bolt/bolt stop o-rings and the ones on the bolt sleeve with Dow 33 grease.
Step 5:
Insert the bolt into the bolt sleeve.

Step 6:
Tip the marker up and then insert the bolt and bolt sleeve back into the body. Then screw the bolt sleeve back in being careful not to over tighten. Screw the back cap back on and you’re ready to go.
