Anyboyd know of any good fields in or near central Wisconsin? I know it's still cold out, but I wanna know where I can go when these places open.

I haven't played there yet, but I've bought a lot of equipment from Stalker paintball by the Dells (Lake Delton). I can't say enough good about the people who run the place.

Superior Firepower is open every weekend and usually all weekdays. There's a few nice fields and it's not that expensive. Superior Firepower is located in Superior, Wisconsin, right by Duluth, Minnesota.

You have to buy their paint. I think it's only $15/day and then buy their paint. It's snowing right now though so we should have another foot by tomorrow, added on to the other foot we just got.

STALKER they are the best. Their field are pretty good and the proshop is awesome the service is unbeatable and they are pretty good about their prices. :drop:

I would say Apoccolypse Paintball is one of the best in Wisconsin. They allow carry on paint everyday, and have great fields and staff. Stalker is great also, but everytime I play there in the summer, the mosquitos are so thick, they can carry off a small child. It was unbearable.

I would say Apocalypse paintball is one of the best fields. I get a group from work to go twice a year for the past 4 years. The staff rocks and the fields are great.:tup:

Apocalypse is great, i play there fairly often, or the outdoor paintball daves field isnt too bad. Although i did shatter my ankle there!

East bound US I90-94 exit #79 turn right on HH to Jct. WIsconsin to 12-16 turn left on 12-16 (toward Wisconsin Dells) 2 miles. Turn right just before billboard

Superior Fire Power is nice. They have some really fun woods fields, but I personally like their tire speed ball field. But Superior really isn't Central Wisconsin.

Any one ever play at Paintball Dave's or Milwaukee Paintball center? I am looking for somwhere that has a nice speed ball field, hopefully Sup or Ultimate Air. All we have in Marinette is woods fields and some people from our college team are looking for some tourny's over to summer.

paintball dave's. awesome, HA! daves' indoor field is horrid, I doubt I will ever play there again as long as I still play paintball. as far as the outdoor field, I have no idea, I have yet to play there.

I want to play at screamin' acres, they have an indoor sup'air ball field that I want to try out.

otherwise, I play at a field in Boltonville, which is very near Kewaskum(in the West Bend area). it is call Paintball Magic. My team is very near getting sponsorship from them.

i am here for you just remember the flex part doesnt hold paint well. i have a ize and i left that unpainted and it looks pretty tight

I live in Marshfield, which is about 3 hours from here...thank god i got my license.

I love the place, they have great tourneys which my team and I participate in. That is the only place I will play.

Yes 3rd over all points, 5th because apoc gave our team bad cases of paint. Maxed all teams accept 3. We were gaurnteed finals but all 3 guns gunked up due to some bad balls.

we would have made the finals, but because of the weather, they knocked it down to two teams instead of four from each division

Well, i'm not sure about in wausau, but i believe Galaxy Hobby in Stevens Point does. Check with any scuba or dive shops in/around Wausau. If they fill scuba tanks, then they should be able to fill your nitro tank.

You don't even use a case at sam's if you know how to play woods ball. I split a case w/ my cousin, and we each had 1000 for the day, and I had some left when we were done. Even out on the speedball field, I used like maybe 300 balls and got about 6 guys out between the 2 games.

I know this is a central wisconsin thread but... Im from brookfield and I moved away about 3 and a half years ago to Upstate NY and im coming back for the summer near the milwaukee area. Anyone know any good indoor//outdoor doesnt matter which paintball fields within like 2 hours of milwaukee??? Thanks and P.S. I already know of paintball daves. :crazy:

Milwaukee Paintball Center is an indoor field on some old tennis courts. It doesn't have the most variety from what I've seen, but I've heard it's still a great place.

Trapp River shouldn't be too far. I haven't found an exact location of it yet though. I think they should be open by now, cuz they were doing work on the field for part of the summer.

THe best field i have played at is apocalypse............Now that they have there new sup air field up it is awesome and there hyperball field is one of the best ive seen........They do tons of events from big games to ameature or novice tourneys. They have cool woods field as well as a speedball field made mostly out of pallets and barrels, a hyperball field, a spool field, and there new sup air field. They are also televising the 5 and 10 man ameatures on local TV. THe hyperball field is also completely netted in for safe spectator viewing. I absolutley love this place...They also have a good pro shop and very knowlegeable airsmith and they fill up too 4500psi nitro tanks. By the way.....Our team is looking for some good players as we are now looking into playing some of the ameature tourneys at apocalypse as we have only been playing novice ones this year. We finished 4th overall in out first novice under the name Yelow Penguins but sucked the last one not even making the semi's.....it happens sometimes......anyway just contact me if your interested in joining or if you just want to practice against our team. We are planning on playing the 5 man and next 3 man novice touneys but we are thinking about entering the ameature 3 man at they end of the year. If anyone was at the 3 man before this most recent one that the devils henchmen one i was the back player who in the semis ran out of air and started throwing paint at there players who i was 10 feet away from and who had no clue i was there........stupid..Definatley but i hung the flag after my teamate shot him neway........

Is there anyone that would be interested in paintballing Sat, Nov 1 near Wausau (about 20 mins southeast of Wausau)? The group of us (8 right now) have only been paintballing a few times. We are playing on a 40 acres of mixed terrain. We also play on 200+ acres in Cobb (near dodgeville), and have played at apocalypse. We generally play all day, and play a bunch of shorter games. We play some capture the flag, elimination, multi-teams(depending on # of players), and defend the base/tower(depending on what we have time to build). and where has your teamed showed at? what fields? o and by the way...JT = brass eagle under a mask.. u may b a good player , but u sure dont sound like a hardcore person that some1 wants on thier team.. when ppl go lookin for a team, they ussually want the players with the high end guns (at least ones from a good company that is reliable), and expecially something tourney grade..

Hey Everybody!

I noticed a couple people asking about indoor fields and wanted to mention that Dedicated Paintball is opening an indoor in Madison. We'll be opening on November 15th. The building is 19,000 sf. Two fields - an air ball, and an awesome city field. We'll also have a field with an X (I'd call it X-ball but I think there are some patent issues...) We will be holding winter tournaments, having leauges, offering memberships, ect. It will be field paint only (except maybe for special days), but if you've ever been to our store you know we have very reasonable rates.
