I know that the Rufus Dawg will work. The Fang will work too, but you've got to do a little work with a file. There's plenty of info over on Model98.org about the specifics of it.

IMO, the Fang is a much better trigger.

If you read up on the R/T reviews on the site, a lot of people say that they would prefer to leave the regular single trigger because it works better with the R/T. Also they say that the fang trigger isn't good with the R/T, just like Corrupted said you'll have to do some work to it.

i have a cyclone feed on my 98custom will the fang trigger let me shoot 15 bps without a r/t?
can i still get 15 bps without a r/t?

If you've got an E-trigger, sure.

There's no way you can mechanically walk a Tippmann to 15bps. A while back there was someone here with Manhands who said they were able to walk it mechanically, but that was like 8-9bps. Nowhere near 15. You'll need some assistance to reach that.

And to be honest, you're gonna be hard pressed to get 15bps out of a R/T until you get used to it. It took me a year of tuning and getting a practiced finger in order to hit it. Of course, you can cheat (like I eventually did) and get a Super R/T, but that's like... well... cheating.

The Fang Trigger, literally, is JUST the trigger. It's the small piece of plastic that you pull to shot(just like on a regular gun), which means it can shot as fast as you can pull it, and it uses a spring to reset. The Response Trigger on the other hand is there only to help your "normal" trigger shot faster.. that's if you hold it at a certain position, physically it's a small cylinder that's inside your grip.

Lol, what's a super r/t?

Lol, what's a super r/t?
1/8" lines in place of your 1/16" ones, plus 1/8" fittings and lots of tuning, including banjo fitting alignment.

I've heard rumors of the Rufus Dawg breaking because it's plastic, but it I've never seen a broken one.

The Fang is aluminum, so you're not going to break it easily. Aluminum is just more reassuring to me.
