Alright i picked up a used FSP used a few months back and it has a small problem i need some w/. The problem is w/ the LPR block or LPR even as well, basically what happens is when i air it up and try to fire i can't get it to do a full cycle. The bolt will go forward but it doesn't go back all the way no matter i do. I've balanced the regs and it still doesn't what to work right. There's also like a puff of air that comes out the back of the frame when fire. I don't know if that's supposed to happen or not, i'm completely new to freestyles. Ok so i've had it looked at by the owner since i bought it locally and was told that it's the LPR block. The guy even said that he would order a new part and take of it for me. But that's been awhile and the proshop that i was working through on this has had some changes and it's looking like i'm stuck w/ trying to fix it myself. So my questions are from what i've listed is the problem due to the LPR block like i was told or could it be something else? If it is the LPR and stuff is there anyplace that sells the part so i could just do it myself or would i have to go through Vaporworks? And if i can get the parts or if i have to send it in to Vapor what could be the cost i'd be looking at?

now im not a gun tech but it sounds like its your dwell..the lpr could be the culprit,im not sure how good the stock icd lprs are on the freestyle..the one on my promaster has a slight air leak which im sure is just an oring issue..
perhaps you can get this taken care of with an aftermarket lpr?
try callin vaporworks and seeing what they say..im not sure how much itll cost..have you been unable to even have a day of playing with this marker?

Well the dwell is like at 14 which is i believe the stock dwell. It has an aftermarket LPR which from looking in the reviews appears to be a JDS STD. No i haven't played w/ it at all although the last time i aired it up i got taste of what it should be. It cycled better then before i had it looked at but still the bolt wouldn't return. I'm also thinking it could that the LPR may need to be rebuilt or something as well i don't know.

it couldnt hurt to send it to vaporworks or at least contact them first..see what the rate would be for that..
im fortunate to have several gun techs here that work on icds..
im thinkin of gettin a freestyle through a trade for this very reason.
hope u get it worked out bud..

Yeah i guess i'll have to send them an e-mail sometime and see what they say. I'll try and do that in the next day or so. Thanks

I kinda have mine working to the point it'll cycle like it's supposed to (other then the bolt not going all the back) and i can say they're pretty nice guns. Other then the efficiency i'd say they can hold they're own against the newer guns.
