Some of you have probably seen this before over on PBN but some might not have. Ken Griffey Jr. Ego (http://www.pevs.com/detail.asp?pid=132577) I saw one of them today when i dropped by a Pevs and omg it looks nice. Couldn't hold it or anything but i got a good look at it's pretty crazy imo. Only 24 have and will be made.

They should make a Barry Bonds gun that uses flaccid oil to enhance its game. But really that is sick, the only problem is that Griffey is pretty worn out by now, he's still an alright player though. If I could have one, I would want a San DiEgo.

Haha, he should have never left the Mariners ;) That's when his game went downhill... Granted...so did the M's.

Ice Cuba was just a colour scheme though - no graphics. The focus of the KGJ Ego is obviously intended to be the graphic anodising. Plus, with numbers of "white" anodised Ego8s being limited, an almost all white marker will hold some appeal in and of itself.

Still, strikes me as something with relatively limited appeal though.

Yeah, I really don't understand why they would pick him out of all people and baseball of all things. Very limited appeal, and also pretty old, I remember seeing this a while ago but it was nothing impressive so I forgot about it.

Who would they pick though? The choices of "great" ball players that are clean are few. Sorry if this is old i hadn't really paid much attention to what was released at the cup this year.

Well I'm not even arguing that Ken Griffey Jr had limited appeal, just that baseball in general has limited appeal to paintballers. I bet something action-movie-themes like the stuff ODD does would attract way more people.

Agreed. ODD's 300 ego and punisher borg are hawt. I wouldn't mind seeing seeing like a Blade ego or borg myself. But yeah while i think the KGJ ego is nice looking it does lack that WOW appeal for me as well.
