I am having a wierd leak!!! it sounds like it is in the grips i have no idea. almost forgot it is a defiant. also i just put a new battery in there and the light will not turn on!:eyes:

Sounds like it is leaking out of your solenoid. Try hitting the white button on your solenoid to release all the gas from it. If that doesn't work, you may have to clean up your solenoid..Don't be scared, i just took a look and its not that hard, just intimidating :)

okay here's the deal.. I've owned a ton of these guns Defiants and bushmasters...

IF you are having a solenoid leak (grip area) you have 1 of 2 if not both problems..

1 : Your LPR is set too high, turn it counter clockwise 1 turn.. and fire about 10 times.. if it fails to fire it's okay the solenoid is then starving for air.. turn it up until it fires again without stuttering..

2: your solenoid has become loose and it is leaking out of the seal areas. Simple, remove the grip frame (battery tray) and tighten down the allen screws holding the silver valve block then tighten the phillips screws holding the solenoid to the valve block.

That should take care of any leaking you are having...
