One of the great things about the Mini is that it comes very well equipped in stock form. You already have a clamping feedneck, more than adequate electronics, and an all-metal body that takes common barrel threads (Autococker threads).
The stock barrel is actually quite good. Really, only a barrel kit would be an upgrade. Take a look at the Deadlywind Fibur - a carbon fiber barrel that takes the Freak inserts. It's very light.
You could get either the Smart Parts on/off or the NDZ on/off if you feel the need to have an on/off. These go between your tank and your ASA and since the Mini uses a very non-standard setup for the ASA, you're stuck with stock for now.
The NDZ V2 bolt and spring kit looks very promising. Reports indicate that you can drop your pressure from 200 down to 120-150 and drop the dwell from 7ms to about 4. You end up with no kick, quieter operation, and much better efficiency - some people say they can get 11 pods and a hopper on a 68/45. I just got my kit installed, but I won't be able to get out to the chrono until tomorrow night. If it works as well as people claim, the efficiency gains alone might be worth it.
Just try it out stock and decide what upgrades will be the most important to you.

an awesome upgrade is the NDZ v2 bolt and spring kit. it allows you to run at lower pressures which in turn increases efficiency, and also it is much more consistant. also another upgrade to think about is a 2 piece barrel kit

Really the Mini doesn't need any upgrades, I myself got the NDZ V2 bolt and spring kit and have seen good results. But that is not a necessary upgrade. What you really need is a good hopper, I'd go with a vlocity jr. if I were you, considering how light it is. I myself have an eggy2, and it can barely keep up with my mini. I'm gonna upgrade to a vlo jr. later, when I get some money. As for a barrel, unless you get a kit there's no need to get a new barrel, I have a stiffi and I only get slightly better performance than my stock barrel.

see my post above for why i need the spring kit. but the kiy comes with low med and high tension, why and wats the best

The 3 different springs allow you a few more options in terms of tuning the Mini to your liking and which one to use will depend on what you find the most important.
The biggest limiting factor for the Mini's rate of fire (ROF), however, is the speed of the return spring. The stock spring and bolt are good for over 20bps. A lighter bolt and/or stronger spring may result in a higher max ROF when combined with uncapped electronics (the stock board cannot be programmed to go higher than 20).
The blue spring (lightest) will allow for the lowest operating pressure or best efficiency. From what I have learned, the lowest pressure doesn't always mean best efficiency (most shots from a full tank). You could either try to get the lowest operating pressure or the best efficiency. With a lower pressure, you'll also get lower kick, potentially worse efficiency at the expense of possibly lower ROF, a higher dwell, and maybe worse battery life.
The red spring (heaviest) in the NDZ spring kit is reported to be lighter than the stock spring, so technically the stock spring may be the "fastest". If ROF is more important to you than efficiency or kick, then the NDZ bolt with the stock spring, higher pressure, an uncapped board, and an appropriately fast loader are what you need.
Most users seem to be aiming for the lowest pressure and lowest kick and thus have been using the NDZ bolt with the blue spring from the NDZ spring kit. Pressure ranges from 120 to 160 with the dwell set to 3ms to 7ms (12 to 28 blinks on the stock board) and the back cap nearly flush (quite a bit further out than needed with the stock bolt/spring). You may not get the best efficiency with this setup compared to higher pressure and extremely low dwell, but reports are putting the efficiency around 1800 shots on a 68/45 when running around 130psi and 4ms dwell.
