Hey all, what's up? Here's the situation: I might be buying a piranha G3 bottomline (maybe STS if I find a good-priced used one). On the gun, I was planning on getting a 16oz stubby tank w/anti-siphon tube and then a palmer male stabilizer reg (maybe not right away, but in the near future). The tank w/anti-siphon tube and a palmer reg will be about $110. I mentioned this to someone, and he said this is dumb. For that price I can buy an HPA system and it will be far better than that Co2 setup. So what do you guys think? Also, if I got an HPA tank for my piranha, would I also need a regulator? Thanks a lot!

go nitro.

it doesn't have a liquid form. so it's better for your gun, and since nitro needs to be regulated... all tanks come with a regulator. preset's usally come in 450psi, and 800+psi, you'd need the higher amount. if you get an adjustable, then you'd want to put your pressure a good 200 psi higher than your gun's operating pressure.

god i miss nitro

Ya, nitro is the way to go. It is not as heavy, more consistant in shots, and to me(i don't know if true), my gun seemed a bit quiter.
