Ok I hear you guys talking about the TechT Parts and what I want to know is,
1. I think there are 4? Could some one name them for me?
QEPH, Lighting rod, Rachet something, and one other one I think.
2. What does each do.
3. How much does each cost?
All help is greatly appreciated guys, thanks in advance.
BTW if anyone is going to the Return Of the King Scenario in Tustin Michigan on April 19 let me know please!

1. TechT Vortex Mod-Replaces stock ratchet, improves speed and air efficiancy, dosn't break $34.99
2. TechT Lightning Rod-Replaces stock piston rod, improves speed and air efficency, dosn't break $24.99
3. TechT QEPH (Quick Exaust Piston Housing)-Replaces stock piston housing, vents air in front of and behind piston to increase speed $34.99
4. TechT Squishy Paddles-Replaces stock paddles, softer contact on ball, less breaks at higher speeds $19.99
That's just what the site says. You'll have to ask around to see how well they perform.

I agree with everything Montag said, only side not is the vortex, the first techT cyclone mod, was not designed for speed enhancing and originally they would never say it increases speed, but it seams to help the speed anyway. But the main reason for it is a more solid ratchet, not a speed increasing item, while Lightning rod and QEPH where designed specificlay as speed increasing items.
Basiclay what are you trying to do, do you want to do 20BPS, or just want a more solid cyclone that don't break paint. If its a more solid cyclone then vortex and the rubber paddles are the way to go, but if you want you should go for it all. All depends on what you are really trying to do.

I do not think you need the Lightening Rod to help your speed. I've broke 3 of them and I shoot 22BPS with my A-5 consistently. The stock piston rod is more reliable for higher speeds IMO. I think it's because the stock rod is more flexible and has a little give to it. The biggest thing that increases the speed is the QEPH. Being able to vent the piston creates little to no resistance and helps the rod to move freely. Also, the Squishy Paddles ARE A MUST for shooting at high rates of fire. They are far more delicate on the paintballs. Since I put them on my gun, I've shot 4,500 rounds without a single chop (at 22bps). So... if there is a part you could do without of the 4, it would be the lightening rod.

woodrow-p where your lightning rods with bushing or bearing as the bering where known for breaking but they say they have never had a return on the bushing version. The bearing version should be replaced if broken without issue.
