turbo is almost semi/automatic mix. it count every single trigger bounce and then fires those times.
s/f just has different firing settings. not sure but turbo might be one of them

Okay, this is how it works. Turbo on every marker is this, once you get a good rhythm going what happens is that the board inside your marker inserts a 3rd ball in between two shots. So once turbo kicks in you are getting 1.5 balls per one trigger pull. So 2 shots, 3 balls come out. Now on the shocker it is different still. Smart Parts was originally trying to get past the no full auto rule in the paintball federations so when a shocker goes into turbo, the marker basically goes into full auto. For every other marker it is the 1.5 balls per 1 trigger pull.
The S/F has a selector switch on the front of the marker. The switch is a three-way switch. In one position it fires a 3 shot burst, one is semi-auto, and the other position fires the marker in full auto.
Hopefully this helps you out.

The other one as far as I know is "Ramp Turbo". After the third shot, the gun goes into turbo.
