Is a VL Barrel worth getting?

Does any one have a VL Barrel?

Im thinking of buying a VL Barrel for my Spyder Sonix. Since its like 35 bucks at Wal-Mart and i dont need to buy it off line and add shipping/handling

Does it have good accuracy and distance?
