Does anyone know max bps on original e grip( one with rotary dials)?
Corrupted thinks it may be 15. Don't have my chrono right now, but it sounds faster than my rt and it is 14 bps. Only chrono'd it when it was all stock. Then it would only shoot about 12 bps with out chopping. Since then I have added a New Designz EVT piston housing, hot rod, f6 tornado mod, and squissy paddles. With rof dial not even turned up all the way it sounds faster than 14bps. Won't know for sure until my friend returns my chrono.

Thanks guys. Just after I posted this my friend showed up with my chrono. We went to the back yard and tried out the mods. Just as Curly and Corruped said, the gta is about 15. I could only get 15 once or twice but a constant 14 bps. My friend has a w.a.s. e-grip. His cyclone is bone stock. He was having problems with chops above 16 or 17 bps. We swapped cyclones and with the new designz ups and squishy paddles he was hitting 19-20 bps with no chops. We didn't really try to max it out, but judging from what I saw it shouldn't have any problem going higher. He fell in love with the mods, so I sold him everything except for the paddles.
For some reason his cyclone works just fine on my gta a5. Got a constant 14 bps. My stock cyclone would only do about 11 or 12 with out breaks. If I ever get a new board (APE) I will definately get the new designz upgrades. Until then I'll stick with what I have. Have some spare parts if I need them. Oh yeah, squishy paddles are a must have on any cyclone.

id stick with TECHT, they are known for quality, but if you say new Designs are good, then go with them

New Designs are copies of Tech-T's stuff. If you were paying attention, you'd have noticed the pattern of when parts came out. Tech-T would come out with something, then New Designs would buy one, change something (like what color it was) and start producing it. They did this with the Vortex and Lightening Rods at the same time (which ND called the Tornado and Hot Rod), which was then closely followed by the piston housing and the Squishy Paddles. New Designs is a rip-off company that copies the hard work and research Todd at Tech-t puts into his stuff. I refuse to support them as such.

I had heard that about NDz but didn't know for sure. The only reason I had the NDz stuff was because our local pb store always gets new products and sells them to my team cheap just to try out. Right now we have been experimenting with different companies products. We have a couple of guys with techt stuff, some with jcs, and one with trinity stuff. Some of us have a mixture of parts (all depends on what our pro shop gets for us to try) Right now I can't say which is the better of the choices. They all seem to work well. In fact a friend of mine bought some cheap knock-offs called a tornado mod and fire rod.(Maybe NDz knock-offs) They are pinkish/red. Truthfully they have worked as well as the other brands, so far.
I appreciate the input guys. If and when I swap to an APE board I'll probably use what ever my pro shop has for me to try, cheap, unless one of the products in use by my team now stands above the rest, then that's the way I'll go.
