Madman Spring Kit Effect

Does anybody know if the madman spring kit is worth the cost and will serve as a worthy upgrade? I read the reviews but Im still a little unclear on what the benefits of getting the spring kit are.

Why do you want it?

IMO, you should only need a spring kit in a Tippmann if you're attempting to fix an existing problem. If you're getting it just to get it, I really don't see the point. All it does is provide another adjustment point to change velocity. I suppose it could conceivably improve your efficiency a bit, but the results would not be dramatic.
